Ocean Village is delighted to hand over a grand total of £3,134, raised at our immensely successful Animal Open Day and Go Wild for Fashion charity events.
The proceeds will be going towards funding the tunnel project at the Alameda Wildlife Conservation Park
Since opening in 1996, the AWCP has been helping endangered animals and offering one of Gibraltar’s favourite tourist attractions.
The tunnel project is a huge venture, costing over £25,000 in total and one that will need to be completed in stages. The AWCP plan to start building gradually over the next 6-12 months.
A sponsorship program gives people the chance to support the project and have parts of it named after them. For the shorter tunnels a donation of £1,500 allows you to name a line and sponsor a station and £500 allows you just to name a line. For information on the macaque tunnels, please contact the AWCP.

Ocean Village would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our charity events and contributed to improving the lives of the animals at the Wildlife Park!
